iDressMap.com wants to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more items - without having used them within 14 days from the delivery date - and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products.

The terms and instructions on the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, pursuant to D.LGS. N. 21/2014, ART.49, PARAGRAPH 4, are published on the Terms and Conditions of Sale page.

HERE TO FOLLOW YOU WILL FIND A BRIEF OPERATION EXPLANATION, WHICH DOES NOT SUBSTITUTE THE INTEGRATED ACCEPTANCE OF THE MENTIONED IN THE "TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE" PAGE.

All the products available on this site are provided with a security tag fixed with a DISPOSABLE SECURITY SEAL, which shows our iDressMap.com logo and a brief explanation of the Return and Refund Policy.

We invite you to try the product WITHOUT REMOVING THE CARD and WITHOUT BREAKING ITS SEAL, because we will not accept returned items that are not in the same condition in which you received them.

BEFORE GIVING BACK THE GOODS

WE RECOMMEND YOU TO HAVE A PARTICULAR CARE IN EXPERIENCING THE PURCHASED CAPE, BECAUSE ITEMS WHICH WILL PRESENT OUR DISPOSED SECURITY SEALS BROKEN OR WITH ORIGINAL PENDING LABELS MISSING OR DAMAGED, THEY WILL BE CONSIDERED IRRIMEDIABLELY DEPRESSED AND UNABLE TO BEING SOLD, AND THEREFORE, WITH VALUE LIKE ZERO EURO.

Follow the instructions, listed below to return the package and to receive a refund as soon as possible.

Attention BEFORE SHIPPING THE GOODS verifies that you have the following requirements:

◦ THE DISPOSABLE SAFETY SEAL IS PERFECTLY INTEGRATED and, therefore, has not been removed from the garment.

◦ All the labels, in fabric or pendants, are perfectly intact and, therefore, have not been removed from the garment.

◦ Each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and must be packaged in an orderly manner.

◦ Each item returned was not worn and / or washed and / or ironed and / or treated in any way.

Calzature The shoes must be returned without ever being used. The original box is considered an integral part of the product and must therefore be returned intact, free of signs, writings or deformations that could compromise resale. For this reason, in no case can the original box be used as the only external packaging for shipping but must in turn be packaged in such a way as to protect the goods.

◦ The package containing the return must be physically delivered to the courier within 7 days from the date of issue of the label. Shipping costs for returns in Italy are free.

• If you do not receive an email from us within 2 days of sending us the "return form" it means that your email has not arrived and therefore you will have to send it back and / or call.

Here are the instructions to ship the product to be returned (after receiving your return email).

BEFORE LAUGHING GOODS:

Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with attached tag and seal. We will only refund items that are intact and not used and returned according to the instructions. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you. In the event of a return in compliance with the provisions herein, you will have the right to obtain the return of the price paid as indicated under "times and methods of reimbursement". www.idressmap.com reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or returned late, or for items / items that are not in the same condition in which you received them.

*For this reason, we recommend that you return your shoes .Substantial integrity (try on the shoes you bought inside your home, if possible on a rug. This way your shoes will remain clean and will not be ruined).

*For this reason, we recommend that you return the garments to substantial integrity. Wear the clothes to check that the size is correct, before removing the tags and labels. Return the items together with their labels and inside the original packaging.

*Print and paste the pre-printed label attached to the reply email on the original box (or an equally robust one) to cover the forward label.

* Book the collection of your return at our expense and provide the customer code 4903VX to the courier (UPS) calling it on 02 30303039, to agree on date and collection address: our courier will pick up the package wherever you prefer.

* Ship within 7 days from the date you received the return label by email.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Print the label and stick it on the package you send

To facilitate you, we have created return labels that you can use to send us the items you want to return. If you do not have a printer, insert a copy of the purchase receipt or a note with the order number in the package and send everything to the address indicated on the return label. Cut the label along the dotted line and then apply a copy on the outside of the package and another inside.

REFUND TIMES AND METHODS

www.idressmap.com only reimburses the value of the paid goods, entirely for any good birthdays / recurrences goods for loyalty cards, deducted from the order (excluding any shipping costs incurred). The refund is credited starting from the moment the returned product reaches our warehouse. The refund procedure will start immediately after acceptance and we will send you a confirmation email.

The reimbursement will be as follows:

* If you paid by credit card: our bank will refund you approximately within 7 working days from our confirmation e-mail and will still be visible on the next card statement. The time required to view the refund on your account may vary, and depends on the institution that issued the card.

* If you paid with PayPal: the refund will be visible within 24 hours of our confirmation email.

* If you paid by Cash on delivery / Bank transfer: the refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank or postal account you provide us (enter in your account details - holder and IBAN code - in the email of the Return Form). Our Bank normally makes the repayments within 5 working days of our request and the amount reimbursed will be visible in a few days on your bank statement.
